RULES

Every unclaimed title costs $5. There is one price for everything on this site. Paying claims it instantly: the title, its certificate and its outbound link become yours, and your name goes on the record.

Claim one of the ideas on the ideas page or mint a brand new title from any phrase in Create. Both cost the same, because a title we suggested is worth no more than one you thought of yourself.

There is no bidding war and no standing price for anyone else to beat. Once you claim a title, nobody can take it, outbid you for it, or buy it out from under you. It settles the moment the payment clears and stays settled.

If two people try to claim the exact same open title in the same instant, only one payment can be fulfilled — the other is voided before it settles, and nobody is charged for a title they didn’t get.

There are no tiers here. No Common, no Rare, no Legendary, no limited pool — every title costs the same $5 to claim, whoever wrote it.

The scarcity is structural: exactly one person holds any given title, ever, and no near-identical phrasing can be registered alongside it. “King of SaaS”, “The King of SaaS” and “King of SaaS Products” are one claim, not three, and the register only has room for the first.

The price never climbs and never drops. It is $5 for an open title, forever, for everyone.

All-time ranks every title by the total money paid for it. It only ever goes up.

Today ranks titles claimed in the last 24 hours, on a rolling window — fresh activity, separate from the permanent all-time record.

Your rank is printed on your certificate and re-renders every time it changes.

Every held title has a certificate: downloadable at 1200×1500 and 1080×1920, used as the link preview everywhere you share it, shareable straight to X, Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp or Instagram, and backed by a public verification record at /api/verify/TITL-######.

Holders can embed a live badge on their own site. It always shows the current holder — the same one, for good.

Slurs, harassment, sexual content, trademarks, and impersonation of real people are blocked at creation and re-checked at payment. Borderline phrases go to a review queue.

Titles are collectible status items, not investments. All sales are final and there are no refunds — see the terms.
